FAQs
Why are your trees field grown?
Research has shown that field grown trees adapt better to new landscapes. There is a naturally developed root system that creates a number of advantages including tree stability (Gilman and Masters, 2010).
Why do you use grow or root pruning bags?
Root pruning bags use the natural characteristics of a fabric bag to develop a more fibrous root system. When the root ball has a more fibrous system, there are more opportunities for the tree to take up nutrients as well as establish the plant in the landscape. Another advantage of the fabric root pruning bag is that it generally makes a root ball about half the volume of field grown trees. This makes them easier to handle and more can fit in a load.
What is the physical address of your farm?

Do landscapers need to remove the grow bag?
Please remove the fabric bag before installation of the tree.
